That story I just told you took place when I first began "Eating to Live" ... way back in 2013.
Since then, I've coached thousands of people online and dozens personally--in everything from my popular YouTube videos, to video courses, to live masterclasses, 21-Day Challenges, to in-person meetups, etc...as well as my all-time favorite: group coaching.
I love what I do, which is why over the last 8+ years, I've been able to reach hundreds of thousands of people and help them create thousands of pounds of weight loss over the years...and best of all, learn to continue their journey consistently and for life...all while LOVING their food.
As a result of my success, I’ve been able to do things in my life that I never dreamed were possible, like:
-- Lose 60+ pounds after the birth of my first daughter (and keep it off!)
-- Create the body I've always dreamed of: strong, fit and vibrant
-- Learn to Eat to Live consistently...finally...and feel amazing
-- Give up the struggles of binge eating, overeating and the craziness of cravings for GOOD
-- Manage gestational diabetes during my second pregnancy without struggle
-- Feel confident and positive in my current weight-loss journey after the birth of my twin girls in 2020 (20 lbs down so far!)
While I’m thrilled with what I’ve managed to accomplish, I’ll admit that the constant never ending cycle of overeating, food addiction and binging was a real struggle at first.
In the beginning, I didn’t know what I was doing and I didn’t have anybody I could ask.
Each time I went to try again, I had to go through the same hassles I mentioned earlier, spending so much mental energy (and money!) sifting through all the confusing information that's out there. I tried all the techniques!
Yet even after all that research, I still made a lot of expensive mistakes along the way … costing me lots of time and money, while causing me plenty of emotional headaches.
The good news is that I learned from those mistakes and today, I have the Eat to Live lifestyle down to a science.
I know exactly how to lose weight, stop cravings and eat healthy without spending a lot of time or money--two things that are in short supply for most of us.
Still, I haven’t forgotten how hard it was when I first started out.
Back then, I really wished there was some kind of instruction manual—something I could turn to that would show me step-by-step exactly how to Eat to Live consistently.
